The vehicle inspection report is designed to ensure that inspections are done thoroughly and regularly. Each book contains 31 duplicate inspection report forms and an insert listing the Schedule 1 National Safety Code Standard 13. Each form is customized with your company name and address which will eliminate repetitive writing.
How to order –

3 – Provide a high res PDF file of your company logo, if you want it on your forms.

The cover can be personalized with your company logo to render a more professional look to your forms. The wrap around cover provides a convenient writing surface to ensure clear, readable copies.
Sizes – The forms are 5.5” x 8.5”, have 2 sheets, white and yellow, of carbonless self-imaging paper.
Colour – The forms are printed in red ink, the Schedule 1 insert is printed with black.
Material – The forms are made using carbonless self-imaging paper. The covers are 12pt hard board.
Production – 5 business days after proof approval plus shipping time.
Bindery – Each book contains 31 reports in duplicate perforated for easy removal.
Imprint Area – Your name and address information can be preprinted in the appropriate locations. Simply provide your information and we will send you a proof for your approval. The cover can show your company logo for a one time charge of $15. A high quality PDF file must be provided.
