ENVELOPES

Envelopes are normally used to transport documents, but they also have many other uses.  Most envelopes have a logo and return address on the front.  We can print one or two colours on envelopes or full colour if preferred.  Plain and window envelopes are the most common types, while #10, #9 and #8 envelopes are the most common sizes.  If some security is required, we have ‘artlined’ envelopes which have a blocking pattern printed on the inside. Envelopes are made from a variety of papers ranging from basic 24lb white bond to papers with watermark or surface finishes, such as laid or linen. ‘Regular’ envelope refers to those that have no window.

Sizes – # 10 – 4.125″ x 9.5”,      #9 – 3.875″ x 8.875”,       #8 – 3.625″ x 6.5”,

#11 – 4.5″ x 9.625”

Colour – your envelopes can be printed using 1 or 2 colours or full colour, as required by the design. Full colour envelopes are printed by digital press, while 1 and 2 colour envelopes may be printed by litho press. #11 and #8 window envelopes are not available printed in full colour.

Production – 3 – 5 business days plus shipping time

Special Design Notice – These envelopes cannot be printed right to the edge. Leave .25” blank space on one of the narrow short edges as well at .125” blank space around the other 3 edges.
