This form helps you gather all the information about a project into one place. The form is made with self imaging carbonless copy papers. It can be used as a 2 part set or 3 part set. The back copy is made with heavier card so your tradesman can take it on the job and fill in time and materials on the preprinted reverse side, then that information can be condensed on the first (and second) copy and used as an invoice.
Sizes – 5.5” x 8.5”
Colour – These are usually printed in black
Production – 4 – 6business days plus shipping time
Numbering – extra charge – $25.00 plus $2.00 per 100
Imprint Area – The logo / name imprint area is .75” x 3”
