Driver’s Daily Log and Vehicle Inspection Report is designed for the Transportation Industry, regulations compliant

Sizes – This form is 8.5” x 11”,  has 2 sheets, white and yellow, of carbonless self-imaging paper.

Colour – The form is printed with red ink

Material – The forms are carbonless self imaging paper. The covers are 12pt hard board

.Production – 5 business days after proof approval plus shipping time

Books – Each book contains 31 reports in duplicate, perforated for easy removal.
