COLLATING PAPERS

Collating paper is the process of gathering sheets of different colours or different content and arranging them in a sequence that will facilitate their use.

For instance, you may want sheets of different colours, ie white, yellow, pink or different content ie; instructions or test papers. You may want pre-collated invoices where the printed invoice is followed by 2 different coloured blank sheets.

Our multi-station collating machine allows us to offer this service at reasonable rates.

The common sequence of carbonless papers used in multipart business forms is white, yellow, pink and gold, but other colours are available such as green and blue. If you would prefer a non-standard colour sequence or even forms that are all the same colour, we have the solution.
