Keeping track of labour costs is fundamental to success. These forms are designed to organize and record the details of your project. They will repay their costs many times over. It’s important to know where your staff are, what they are doing, and for whom they are doing it. Personalize these forms with your company name.
Sizes – 5.5” x 8.5”, but other sizes are possible to accommodate a special need. Your Time Record form can be made with 1, 2, 3 or 4 parts. One part forms are made with 20lb white bond paper. 2,3,and 4 part forms are made with carbonless, self-imaging copy papers (no carbon required). The one part form can also be made using card weight stock and creased for easy folding to fit a pocket.
Colour – as an internal form, these are usually printed in black ink.
Books – multipart forms can be supplied in books. These books normally contain 100 sheets and have a front and back cover. The books of multipart forms have a card stock front and wrap around back cover.

Gripper Note: In your design file, leave 5/16” (.3125”) blank for gripper at one edge and 1/8” (.125”) blank on the other 3 sides
