The material & Labour Record form is designed to organize and record the details of your project. It will repay it’s cost many times over. There should be ample space for recording, explaining and costing.
How to order –
1 – Choose the number of parts that you want.
2 – Choose the number of forms that you want.
3 – Send these details to us by email to email@example.com or send using the contact page.
Sizes – 5.5” x 8.5”, but other sizes are possible to accommodate a special need. Your Material & Labour Record form can be made with 1, 2, 3 or 4 parts. One part forms are made with 20lb white bond paper. 2,3,and 4 part forms are made with carbonless, self-imaging copy papers (no carbon required). The multi-part forms can be supplied with a wrap around cover for convenience in books that contain 100 sheets.
Colour – as an internal form, these are usually printed in black ink.
Pads – single sheet forms are usually supplied as pads of 100 sheets glued at the top.
Books – normally contain 100 sheets and have a card stock front and wrap around back cover.
Production – 4 – 6 business days plus shipping time.
Prices shown are based on a standard file. If this design does not fit your need, just call or email with the details you want on your form and we will give you a quote. These prices are for forms printed in one colour. If you would like forms that are printed in 2 colours or full colour, please call or email the details for a custom quotation.
